I was not knowledgeable prior to meeting but the representative made sure I understood everything and allowing me to ask all question I had. Showed me the model of my actual home with allocated panels.

Jacob was well-informed and forthcoming. Answered all my questions with ease. I Prefer using a local company with knowledge of the DMV.

The representative never showed up and never called or txted to let me know. So i took several hours off work for nothing. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
