I am highly satisfied with his explanation and I am currently reviewing the write up sent to my mail box.

The permitting and approval process was a train wreck. The team messed up the application multiple times which delayed Pepco’s already slow process even more. Then when things were getting installed I was told a part was on back order and would take another week. When that part came in, I was told it would take a full day with power out to install. I took that day off only to find out that the power part would be the next day. Finally, they did not come to repair my drywall until I called my sales rep multiple times. This was over 2 months after the install. Since signing my contract, my sales rep has been useless. I was told to talk to him about issues or concerns and he just ignores my email. The service has been awful. Thankfully everything is working g well because I don’t know that I’d get any help if I needed it or to make a warranty claim

Jairo was extremely knowledgeable and professional. However, due to the age of our house and the fact that it may be demolished in 10 years we did not see a financial benefit in installing solar panels.
