The panels are working well as expected.

I want clear numbers delivered at the initial meeting.I want all purchase options (lease, outright purchase, other) up frontI want the details of the system and it's design up front.I want all of this in writing immediately.I had to ask repeatedly for this data and, due to the aggressive sales stance, needed to get this information and make a decision within 7 days.I could not do this and may have become a customer if I were given clear information early.

My sales rep called me 15 mins before my actual time to inform me that if I wanted to move forward with getting solar that I wouldn't be eligible for the tax credit. So, while I can appreciate that he didn't want to waste my time, I already suspected that my system wouldn't be up by EOY. I took time to make myself available, for a 5 minute conversation to which I already knew would be an issue.

Taneeka did an excellent presentation and was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and received my quote immediately.

Ben Helow was great and is going to come out next Wednesday and give me some additional support.

Rob Sherman was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about solar energy and how to improve our home’s energy efficiency. He listened to our vision for panel placement and came up with a great proposal. 10/10 customer service!!

Need more options to make a intelligent decision. Mr. George was very informative and honest. Great hire 👍

George, very knowledgeable with panels. He tried his best. My roof would not allow panels on my front. The back has too much shade. Thanks, bills are rising monthly. I would refer your company to friends.
