Morgan had it easy, since we already did a solar PV install with Solar Energy World last year, and we just wanted to add another battery to the system. However, he did not take it easy...he was extremely responsive through our interactions, both by phone and text. And he responded immediately to the question that I raised on the contract. Having worked with Solar Energy World last year, I can truthfully say that Morgan met our expectations of top-notch service we've come to expect from Solar Energy World staff. Not a single person that we encountered left us disappointed in their response. Kudos to setting and maintaining your staff expectations!
