Your representatives should be able to tell the buyer if getting a lease with option to purchase in five years, will result in a lien being placed on the buyer’s home despite the fact that the leasing company gets the Federal Tax Credit as well as the Money given by the State. This information is crucial for decision making.

Was hoping for a detailed quote to help with better decision making. I was given a bundled number which really does not help. Not even sure what material will be used in the system. A little bit of more education/advice from the rep would have been helpful to decide on any other options available.

The representative was very informative and professional. The complexity of our situation is challenging and we are still working/thinking our way through the options. Many questions to be resolved.

Ryan is awesome. It is sad that the VP closed the door on potential contract. His choice, but lost a customer because of his demand to sign now.Just my opinion.MahaloJoe

Was over 10 mins late to the appt. Had to call SEW to ask when Gabrielle would start the Teams mtg. Gabrielle called from her cell phone and told us she had to reboot her computer. She had connection issues so we stopped the video feed and that seemed to help. She didn't have our quote prepared and was working on it while she tried giving us background on SEW so she was distracted. Didn't go over cost summaries for buying vs. leasing options until 45 mins into mtg. Promised to send us the summaries w/cost breakdowns after mtg but we never received anything. I emailed her to ask for them but she never responded. Upsold the system we wanted so the cost is not what we were expecting, We started the process through Switch Together and we thought we were guaranteed installation before Dec. 31st to get the federal tax credit, but Gabrielle said we missed the window and installation would happen in 2026. Very disappointed and will be informing Switch Together/Solar United that we're not going forward with installation and we want our deposit back.

Your representative sounded like a “used car salesman”. More interested in selling me “a leasing agreement” than a solar system.Absolutely can’t recommend your company!
