Jacques was professional and friendly. He took the time to analyze the electric bill and explain the math behind the system. A custom layout was provided and explained in detail. He was very knowledgeable, patient and there was no pressure.

While the electric team took extra time to ensure things were done right, part of the install team did not attach some of the panels correctly in the junction box. As a result, 2 of our arrays failed 2 months after install. It took almost 2 more months to get a service call. Way too long!

Hello,I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and express a concern regarding my solar project.First, I would like to recognize Paul, the field advisor assigned to my project. He has been outstanding throughout the process—professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My appreciation for his support cannot be overstated. The only issue I have encountered relates to information I received regarding the electrical service to my home. I was informed that the power line running from the pedestal to my house would need to be upgraded before the solar installation could move forward. Since my goal was to complete this project in 2025 and take advantage of the federal tax credit, learning about this potential delay was understandably disappointing.More recently, I was contacted by Solar Energy World to schedule my installation. When I explained that my power line had not yet been upgraded, I was told that the upgrade was not necessary and that the installation could proceed. This conflicting information has left me uncertain about how to move forward. At this point, I have already provided a $9,000 deposit toward an overall project that is expected to cost approximately $60,000. Prior to learning about the possible service line upgrade, I had no concerns about proceeding. However, the inconsistent guidance I have received has caused me to question whether I should continue until I have a clear understanding of the requirements and timeline. If there is any assistance, accommodation, or solution available that would help preserve the value of the federal tax credit despite these delays, I would be happy to move forward with the project. I would greatly appreciate any clarification or support you can provide.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,Mick Jolly

The issue was he did not have the info he needed. I supplied the information to the person on the phone but they didn't relay it to the rep in the field so he could not give a quote.
