Sent a wrong and incomplete quote several hours after stated time (“you’ll get a quote in 10 min” meant I got a wrong quote 6 hours later). I emailed back immediately and asked for the correct system size (with details).

There was mention of a possible lease agreement with solar energy which was something i was interested in but was never fully discussed.

The representative wanted to change out meeting time the same day of the appointment. He did not show up to the home at our meeting time and instead sent a text and email saying he preferred a different time.
