Liam was very realistic with us with initial information. After that communication has been good. We had had to wait a little bit to get the work done, which seems to be normal,But once it was done the job was professional and the panels are working well.

Brad was excellent. We felt very comfortable with him. Explained everything.

Nick was very personable representative very easy to speak to.

Experience and product was great except for installers did damage to the roof. The roofer provided proof and repaired the damage done by SEW. When we submitted the invoice and proof to SEW, they said that the repairs were "unnecessary" when it was clear that damage was done to the roof during install.

The system and batteries are very good however there is Lots of issues including the app I have been charging electric bills even higher than before the solar was installedThe issue anyways is being investigated by John Robert and waiting on compensation and way of rectifying the problems

Good install. Excellent sales guy Dillan Straabe. Your back office was weak. Didn’t keep up with permitting and paperwork. I had to bird dog all of that. Dillan ended up doing sales AND project management with me troubleshooting. But, alls well that ends well. You need to give Straabe a raise. Don’t let him get away. If I were still in business I’d steal him myself.

I promised other salesmen for a quote. I think I am leaning towards Brad. Also thinking about solar for my primary home.
