My sales rep Dillan Straabe was great until he just plain wasn’t there. Same thing happened to my neighbor. It was particularly a problem for me after SEW inspectors missed something and I kept getting inaccurate and/or no response. If a sales rep is no longer the buyers contact person, it would be nice if SEW would let the buyer know, and let the buyer know who to contact!

Dillan was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions. He was a very nice person & a pleasure to have in our home.

Alex was very courteous, thoughtful and presented a thorough plan to proceed with going solar power.

Let the reps speak plainly without the rehearsed sales script. It makes them appear as dimwitted as they are taught to think the potential clients are.
