He was terrific! Explaining everything about the service and personable! We talked about the layout and where the sun rose. He explained about the paths that had to be left open for firemen wich seems like a big waste! But I know we have no choice. Friendly and polite! I was really comfortable about him taking over my job. I have to see if I can straighten out whatever is the hold up with the credit!and then I'll get back on it!

We connected with the representative on many levels and many topics. Alex was very respectful of our home and of our time. He is such a gem!!!

We did not talk that much about the details of the installation process at this stage of the game. We talk about the app to monitor how well the system would be working. We also talked about how the company has been upgrading its customer service department. We did so because I read several negative reviews about Solar Energy World not providing good post purchase/installation customer service.

There is a clause in the contract that made me uncomfortable because it directed the responsibility for the solar energy credits back to me. By not being able to understand the complexity of future SRE credits I can only sign with prejudice. Or you take the clause out.
