Steve Fulginti has been the solar rep we have worked closest with. From our initial meeting, his sales pitch on solar, to our last meeting, securing a battery for our solar system, Steve’s expertise has guided us each step of the way. He is world class. Our solar system is our favorite feature of our brand new home on a sunny 3.25 acres.

My experience with SEW was the worst business transaction I have ever experienced. There was deception from the sales rep, his boss and your director of construction. Each failed to followup, lied about it, and then ghosted me. I have all the emails, dates, texts and everything else you could want to show the absolute disaster this was for me and my family. The system was installed 1/12-13/2026. The system was installed wrong. Multiple visits and lies. Blamed Peco for a delay when your permit group NEVER submitted the docs to Peco. The system was finally operational on 4/16/2026. The organization is rotten from top to bottom.

Steve was very helpful and patient answering my questions, even a few days later when I had some additional questions.There was a snag trying to get past the credit approval because I had freezes on all three bureaus. I had issues trying to unfreeze two of them, but even after I unfroze them, we had to try multiple times. Eventually had to put in a different address to make work. Not sure if issue was with the credit bureaus or Solar Energy World System. It would be helpful if the program / system specified which bureau it was accessing. Most times the lender tells me which bureau they are accessing.
