Nicholas was very knowledgeable, and we threw him a lot of questions. He was on time and did not rush anything. I found it very respectful of him to let me read the lengthy contract while he stayed patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

SEVERAL PANELS SEEM TO ALWAYS PRODUCE LESS THAN OTHERS IN THE SAME GROUP AND SUN EXPOSUREALSO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ENPHASE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRYING TO GET THE ARRAY REPORTING VIA WI-FI RATHER THAN CELL, WHICH IT USED TO DO. THAY GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF NONSENCE, AND NOW THEY TELL ME THEY CAN'T FIX IT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS LEASED - YOU HAVE TO. AND THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT THEY SAID BEFORE.
