They were not wired correctly. trouble contacting the service group directly to solve the problem. Going thru a customer service rep, to have them contact service via messaging was frustrating. The service team that came out were wonderful. It's the behind the scene process that sucked.

Christine was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about solar and the process of installation. She educated us about the company and answered all of our questions, which helped us decide that going solar was the right choice for us.

The representative did a outstanding job and kept me engaged and sold me on the solar. But you always need a second opinion on a project like this. And I went and sought a 2nd opinion the difference was a thousand dollars to the other side. So the deciding factor was your association with Comcast and unfortunately the relationship is not good. Thank the rep. For his time he did a great job.
