Dillan is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had some prior conversations with another solar company and Dillan’s level of knowledge, understanding, and transparency was well above anyone else I have ever spoken with regarding solar options.

Chance was super helpful in describing the offering and benefits.

I had a fantastic experience with the representative and was confident in signing with them that very same day.

Unfortunately, your install team dismissed the project immediately, citing fire code restrictions without offering a site visit or clear explanation. After researching the code myself, our targeted roof is not automatically prohibited. The response came across more as the company avoiding a smaller job than a true code issue. While I'm thankful for Scott's time and his willingness to work with me over the weekend, I was disappointed not to receive a fair evaluation or options, especially since I was upfront about the scope. Transparency would have been appreciated.
