I didnt realize you could save so much money

Appointment was scheduled for 9am. At 917 am I texted the scheduler telling her to cancel. At 1015 she texted me back saying he was on his way and was in traffic. The lack of communication at 900-915 am demonstrated to me that your company does not value the customers time. I will not buy anything from you as I believe this is how the whole project process would be.

We were very impressed with Scott. He was thorough + knowledgeable. It was nice NOT to have a high pressure sales pitch.
