I awaited the arrival of the sales representative at my new home, only to be informed that the confirmation was provided a mere 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. This situation posed a significant inconvenience, as I was compelled to cancel a meeting with contractors to accommodate the sales team. Regrettably, they failed to arrive and did not communicate their absence until I received a call at 2:00 PM, the designated appointment time. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, and I am not inclined to engage in business with a company that does not respect my time.
