I was very impressed with your representative. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and answered all my questions. If I decide to use Solar Energy World , it will probably be because of him. I was also impressed with the young lady on the telephone who set it up, very friendly and upbeat and easy to talk to.

Very professional and knowledgeable.Would have been nice to learn where support system would be located both outside and inside if needed. Also, I could have asked the question and I did not. Another question: if there is power interruption what happens wo battery backup such as bad snow or rain storms?
