First attempted meeting, no one opened the line. Second attempted meeting it was rescheduled due to some double booking. When I had the meeting, the rep was helpful with answering most of questions but he needed to check on some of them. The rep disconnected suddenly before providing me an estimate. He said if he got disconnected, he would send the estimate that night. Two days later, I still have not seen the estimate.

I wasn't as prepared and knowledgeable on solar. I have too many things going on at the moment, I was having trouble focusing and Dillan was very understanding and accommodating.
