I start the panels up at the wrong time of the year and had to manage paying my electric bill along with my solar payment. Next year should be much better as I should have quite a credit bank build up to take care of the electric bill over next winter! I have 0 luck getting ahold of my sales person I don't know if he quit or got fired but I called and left messages and text with no response. One thing I don't like is to have after the sale silence on a commitment of this size I find it unacceptable so I am hoping this gets me a phone call from my sales person. However as a whole my system is working good with no issues. I just want to have a few questions answered for any future problems and my srack broker is silent too I need to hear from them as well .

it was not explained right by sales person

Very informative, not over bearing

I have signed a contract with solar energy world

Steve was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information in a way that was easily understood.

From the beginning with Steve Fugini all aspects of the job were very professional and any question that I had was answered that same day by Steve

Kevin spent a lot time with us. Answering questions I'm sure were repeated. He was pleasant even tho we were nervous. He understood our needs being elderly. Thank you.

Very informative

Everyone from Solar Energy World that I talked to on the phone or came to the house were Amazing. They knew what they were doing, no doubt. And they treated me like a good friend. ThankYou Solar Energy World!

So far, the electric bills have been lower. We'll see how the summer goes.
