All aspects of my Solar Energy World experience have been positive with the exception of the lack of coordination/communication during the approval process and following set up. There was miscommunication between your New Jersey and Maryland locations. No one seemed sure who the project manger was. Following completion of construction , I received minimal instruction re: operation of the system. Fortunately it seems to be operating as it is supposed to. Pete Smith

I feel sometimes , there is a lack of education and explanation on how the panels work and what to expect in what happens when there is not enough sun light and you will have to pay your utility company plus the monthly payment for the solar panels.
