Mr. Star is always a pleasure to chat with! He was the main reason my brother and I got solar with your company. He gave us options and answered all our questions with very well. He is never pushy and doesn't try to up sell you on anything. That's why I felt comfortable asking him questions about information on batteries and storage. Never get rid of him. If anything promote Mr. Star because he is valuable as an employee and seems to fight for his customers.
