Friendly and professional approach

Thomas was professional, friendly, and concise. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the process.

Your representative was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in making our decision. We have checked with another company before yours, and his actions and knowledge swayed us to going with you folks. Both my wife and I learned a lot more from our meeting today, then our meeting last week with a different company. Thank you for sending someone so knowledgeable.

I didn’t feel comfortable signing a paper that I wasn’t sure of full context. I am shopping this also and again signing the paper but T was assured that it was not binding. I guess it’s whom ever I believe will do the work
