My neighborhood had 3 power outages, after I installed my Solar system. I did not lose power at all. Love the Battery! Plus, my monthly Electric bill is much lower.

I still get electric bills …. After spending $42,000 ….. the system doesn’t notify you when it’s not working correctly….you have to check the app daily to make sure it is working….Your service team takes too long to get out there to service it ….. “ 2 weeks” even when it’s been installed less than a year ago …. We should have priority….. plus the issue was solved over the phone …. But my system was still down for 2 weeks …. Not producing…..they should have investigated the situation when I call with the problem .salesman became a ghost after commission…..didn’t helped with setting any thing up… app , SRECs etc … system was ground mounted in the yard …. WiFi couldn’t reach …. months before they came back out to run Ethernet cable I can go on and on …installed in April …. Didn’t produce electricity till July ….. just horrible….. I can go on and on ….. company needs to get their shit together…….. !!!!!!!
