I can not think of anything that can be done better. Staff is very helpful, very pleasant and easy to talk to. The residents are very pleasant, and willing to help too.

My WASP 🐝 problem keeps coming back #3. The response was amazing.. very next day, however, there are still 2 live Wasps where the nest was originally built. The team is very very responsive but the WASPS keep returning???

I have enjoyed the aqua aerobics, bingo,LCR,loteria games. Everyone has been very welcoming and I like that. The staff has been very helpful. I need help with the computer. My family is happy that I am so happy here. Thank you for making life even better for me. I like the gym too.

I was very pleased with Savannah’s professional and friendly tour. I really wishh you had a bus to take us to appointments, but the apartment was wonderful.

I have lived in several ( more than 3) of the apartments in the same complex. I feel that upstairs neighbors need a reminder that they are not living in a single dwelling any more and stomping and vacuuming late at night and early in the morning is not polite to residents that are not early risers or night owls. AND Sundays should be a quiet day - blowing the hallway and stairs with an industrial blower by a resident should be restricted to week days.I really like it here but a community get together “share your ideas, experiences and kudos” would help residents from becoming bullies, gossipers, and rumor spreaders .We know this is a retirement community and some people forget they have to share and need reminding.Thank you

My closet door handle was fixed & Eric did a slendid job!! Very pleased with his work👍 so courteous too!!

My washing machine had an agitator that needed to be replaced. Eric told me that it would be a while before they could do that so he brought me a new washer.I’m immensely pleased!
