I am out of town until the 15th of April. I was not informed maintenance request was completed & do not know at this time if the problem was actually resolved.

Eric & Miguel are the best!! Very considerate, polite & knowledgeable. Solea Alamo Ranch is very lucky to have them both. We just need to find a housekeeper as well!!

Quick repair. In and out within 6 minutes. You're choice of maintenance people are outstanding. Have been here over 2 years and have gotten excellent care. Never had to wait too long and maintenance staff is always friendly. 5 stars all the way.

I do have a lot of complications, sometimes don’t feel like socializing.It’s nothing about the place or residence, it’s just me.I will try to be more involved.

I really enjoy living here. You couldn’t ask for a better staff, Cilia, Sabrina & Michael. The maintenance crew Eric and Miguel are so respectful. They get the job done. Jacob & Victoria/Life Coordinator’s are so much fun at planning new events.
