I wish the Pet Park had an additional light in the rear of the park. The only one doesn't accommodate the entire park! My dog is black and I cannot see her when she is in the back of the park.

My only concern is the frequent elevator stoppage. Its inconvenient and dangerous. The elevator is broken as I write this survey. It is the most concerning thing about my residency at this time

Great to have air conditioning back it’s been a long hot summer.

Recommend an orientation to new residents on activiities, events etc. Response to emails are slow or never acknowledged.

After one month, my husband and I feel very comfortable in our new home. The staff is very professional and the residents are very friendly. We are confident that we made the right decision to move to Solea Alamo Ranch.

Name tags are a good idea. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have had surgery so I have not been able to attend too many events.
