Ugh, I still have a happy group of yellow jackets on my balcony ceiling. I don't want to do it myself as a nice lady with a dog and a cat that spend much time outside below my balcony will be at risk of getting stung.

Pest control needs to be improvedTree trimming of large trees so in high winds does not damage cars.Elevators should be evaluated every 3 months, instead of whenever they break down.
