Maintenance Team are very efficient and reliable!!

We are very happy with our living situation, and with the quality, stability, friendly community and helpfulness from facility staff, maintenance & janitorial. We both have physical limitations and were no longer able to maintain a home. We are blessed to have this loving community available and so far affordable to us.

Entire staff has been knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with.

All staff members have been professional, informative and extremely helpful in guiding me through my first weeks here. I am feeling more and more at home and know that my decision to relocate here was indeed the right decision. I am really glad I chose to to call Solea Alamo Ranch my new home.

While we see that there are so many things that residents can do here at Solea, I am grateful that we are not harassed or pushed in any way to participate. We know we'd be welcome to join in any activity or event but appreciate the staff and other residents understanding and honoring our choices.One of the most important things to us is the upkeep of the Solea property. Cleanliness is very important to us and I'm sure any future resident touring the facility would see all we see. I would like to see more done in the walkways directly outside of the elevators and inside the elevators in terms of cleanliness, especially in building 4 where I live.

Solea has been my answer to prayer! I have been welcomed not only by the staff but also by the community. Everyone has been so friendly. There are so many activities and events to choose from to allow for socialization, which I need cause I’m a “people person.” I feel safe and comfortable in my home. Maintenance has been on point with my requests. I can’t say enough positive about my first month and a half here.

Miguel is very knowledgeable in his maintenance. If he’s unsure he checks and verifies to make sure it’s completed correctly.

Seems there was communication problems between office & maintenance. Also I hope this feedback pertains to the garage fob & access issue and not to my request to have new HVAC filter which to my knowledge is still pending.
