My opinion is that I am living in an above class apartment complex - should be 4/5 rated. In order for u to get it where it should be for the money there should be a part time maintenance person to help the full time complete their job each month - no carry over. I’m still waiting for a repair job to be completed that I paid for Feb 1 for a Jan repair.Trash pickup is set for after 7 - banging around at 10 some days is not upper class.Resident parking stickers should be annually checked - lots of vehicles w/o.Change gate codes annually. Solicitors are able to walk around after hours.Security cameras that are operable, viewed, and respected - one outside each elevator on each floor - (a ring door bell could be used and posted out of reach- cheap)I REALLY like it here and I want Solea to be considered upper class - we’re already paying above reg apartments, so we’re there financially. I’m not asking for TheRim expense just keep the riff raff out - lol

I enjoy living here & I take care of my apartment and surrounding outdoor areas. I’m on a fixed income & I’m concerned about the rent increase amount when I renew my lease.

Due to my current situation as a new widow & all the legal & financial obligations I am still handling plus having an estate sale & selling my house I have been too busy to start mingling & enjoy all the amenities offered here. That hopefully will be changing very soon!

I submitted the request on Saturday morning, assuming it would be addressed on Monday, because I didn't mark it as an emergency. But someone from maintenance came to check on it Sunday, because it was related to heating vents, and the weather was very cold that day. I was very impressed with the care and attention given by the staff!

I have submitted one emergency request on Saturday and another on Monday for the same issue. Our maintenance staff responded in a timely manner on both days, but have not been able to resolve the issue. Cold air continues to blow through the ceiling vent. They told me that they would check back today and if necessary call in HVAC service. Now I am concerned about a huge CPS bill because the HVAC is running almost continuously.
