Miguel is very nice and did a great job.

I like my quiet time, but overall I am very happy with my decision to move back over here. I really can't think of anything to make it better, it's pretty perfect the way it is!

Miguel was excellent

It is very hard for a handicapped person to enter certain gates. Would be nice if all the gates and clubhouse doors would open using your key fob. The front community center door is on a timer. Again it would be nice if the door would work 24/7 with the key fobNow positive… the club house is so bright and welcoming. The clean lines and open floor plan are the best. Love it here! Will have to drag me out!!!

If it wasn’t for the people volunteering to run activities it would be a very lonely place. I appreciate all the hard work they put into everything.

Ugh, I still have a happy group of yellow jackets on my balcony ceiling. I don't want to do it myself as a nice lady with a dog and a cat that spend much time outside below my balcony will be at risk of getting stung.

My storage room was vandalized.Maintenance arrived quickly and changed the lock.As always, the Maintenance crew at Solea was prompt, courteous, and professional.OUTSTANDING JOB!
