Dear Solea Alamo Ranch Management Team,I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent move-in experience at apartment #4118.When our movers arrived, the keys were not ready. Additionally, only one key worked on the two doors provided. This created unnecessary delays and frustration during what was already a demanding moving day.Prior to move-in, I had requested a garage or covered parking space to protect my vehicle, which had recently sustained damage. Unfortunately, securing covered parking proved to be a significant hassle, and my vehicle is now parked outside and exposed to the elements. Given the risk of further hail damage while we are away, this has been a serious concern.In all honesty, my wife and I have not felt particularly welcomed during this transition. While we intend to fulfill the remainder of our lease, we will be seeking a different community that demonstrates greater care and responsiveness to residents’ needs when our lease term concludes.I wanted to document these issues formally so they are on record. We would like to know the non profit charitable organizations(not GOODWILL or Salvation Army) to which our neighbors are familiar with. We want to contribute clothes, books, kitchenware,etc. to families who are in need. Please advise.

Prompt and courteous Service

This is my first apartment-living experience, and I am so very happy here at Solea. I am surrounded by friendly, happy residents; lots of great fun activities, and new friends (to say nothing of the great location close to shopping, restaurants, etc). The days fly by!If I have a question, management office and sales personnel are always very helpful.I absolutely love this place!
