I feel very safe here & have made a lot of new friends. I also like the location of the complex & my apartment as well. The staff is always very accommodating, helpful, very kind & respectful. I love it here!!

Replaced the light switch and was very quick in doing so and left no mess.

The maintenance request regarded a damaged gate on the property. The front office took too long to get it to the maintenance department.

Our guys are friendly informative and completed the job. Always reminding that they are here when we need them!

The amenities is a plus the size of the apartment. Washing and dryer l love and the overall appearance of the apartment.

Would like more bus trips.

The service man was excellent! Making Ingredients The request was good however I had to do it twice. The first request was not answered. When I put in the 2nd request 3 days later it was finely given to the maintenance man. He was right on it. Really enjoyed talking with him. He was fast and efficient!

Unfortunately we had an issue and for the safety of my roommate, the door to our apartment had to be forced open. The maintenance personnel did not blink an eye to the damage and we were able to use the door again and the damage repairequickly. Minor painting is all that is left and no one will notice that there was ever an issue.Thank you Solea maintenance.

I have nothing but good things to say about this community. The Management and Staff are the best I've ever dealt with. I would have liked to have had access to a printer instead of having to go to the office. Other than that, living here was wonderful.
