Property has become dirty .walls, walkway and outdoor areas not clean .lack of people to do maintenance

Pest control needs to be improvedTree trimming of large trees so in high winds does not damage cars.Elevators should be evaluated every 3 months, instead of whenever they break down.

Eric was quick to deduct the problem and immediately took the proper steps in order to fix it. He and Miguel replaced the old dryer and blew the heat duct completely free of the blockage in a timely manner. The smell is gone and I can do my laundry now. Thank you Eric and Miguel!!

Eric and Miguel are always courteous, professional, friendly, and respectful. The work requested is finished in a timely manner. Their biggest issue is probably residents that want to talk bec these guys are so personable.

Solea Alamo Ranch has the size of apartment I want and the amenities I'm looking for at a price that fits my budget. The staff was extremely informative and helpful. The area is a bit further west than I wanted but, compared with the value it is not a major problem.

Elevators are not reliable...would be nice to have bigger dumbbells in gym. Ex athletes here that would use them...

Residents smoke on the balconies even though this is a non-smoking community. Providing proof has no effect.
