I have nothing bad to say about Solea Alamo Ranch. It has everything a senior citizen could want. If I were to continue to live in an apartment, I would choose to stay here. The management and maintenance are above reproach.

The staff are professional and provide outstanding customer service. More specifically regarding Sabrina (The Finisher) - when she says she is going to take care of it; she gets the job done no matter how small or large a request is. An asset to Solea. Eric (The Fixer) if you have a problem with anything electrical, mechanical, or servicing you know who to call on day 1. Micheal (The Wiseman Wizard) when it comes to the mastery of people and logistics, he has mastered the calm before any storm for moving tenants in/out to daily activities support. Cilla - (The Equalizer) has a beautiful mind. She provides clear and precise day-to-day oversight for a well-ran resort-style living community. It takes understanding, compassion, knowledge and the willingness to run an important operation. It refreshing to know she has the helm and it's an honor she’s, our leader.

Extremely happy here! The Staff is wonderful and friendly. There are many activities to choose from! Can’t recommend Solea enough! The best place to live!

Staying will depend on price of new lease amount.No increase in rate and or possible lower rate discount for Veteran!

I am downsizing from floor three to the bottom floor so my dog can have a little yard. The floors in the hallway need to be power washed frequently. They can’t get pretty ugly. Driving up to Solea, as you pass the oil express shop, if you look on the right hand side, there’s a lot of trash that has been just dumped there. I realize it’s probably not Solea property, but it makes an impact on first impressions and I think it should be cleaned in a regular basis, even if our men have to go out and do this.

Maintenance has always been attentive to my needs. They respond in a timely manner, are courteous and professional.

As always, response to my work order was completed in a timely manner.Maintenance personnel was quick, efficient, and courteous.

I am out of town until the 15th of April. I was not informed maintenance request was completed & do not know at this time if the problem was actually resolved.
