Over all we are satisfied with everything here at Solea we like the tenants we like the quiet. The only complaint we have is that the hallways are always dirty and not kept. Thank you!!

I hadn't ever rented apartments prior to coming to Solea Alamo Ranch, I always owned my own property, home owner, I have lived here for approximately two years, and I do not have complaints, all repairs of maintenance have been done well and on time, staff is top notch and the planning is good.

The hallways and stairs need better attention with the dirt and peeling paint.Thank you

I’ve heard complaints about the coffee situation in the clubhouse. Coffee is made & gets cold - no one knows when it was made. Have there been any thoughts about putting in a Keurig coffeemaker where people could make individual cups? Thank you.

Everything was executed properly and with a great attitude!

My only complaint is that they don't have a handicap ramp near handicap marked parking spaces. My wife tripped stepping over the curb, lost a tooth, and cost me $1600

Miguel was very helpful in explaining how everything was fixed. It’s good to know that this maintenance man is knowledgeable. Kudos to him. Thank you very much.
