The reasons that make Solea Alamo Ranch such a wonderful place to live are not just its great apartment layouts and proactive upkeep, it’s the exceptional staff we have here! Cilla truly is an outstanding manager who’s highly thought of by us residents. She not only does an absolutely fantastic job managing the property, she’s extremely personable and genuinely cares about us residents and the Sparrow brand name. She’s very proactive in getting things done quickly and efficiently, plus she knows her tenants individually and does whatever she can to make each of us feel “at home” here. She and Sabrina make a fantastic management team which truly sets Solea apart from all other apartment complexes. Also greatly contributing to Solea’s success is its wonderful maintenance team, Miguel and Eric. No job is too difficult for those two wonderful gentlemen and they’re always so pleasant, efficient and trustworthy whenever they come to make a repair. So it’s Solea’s winning combination of an exceptionally wonderful property and a great staff which cause me to want to remain here as long as my health and affordability allow me to do so. After owning my own home for 20 years, I never dreamed an apartment could feel like home… but Solea does exactly that! So I really love living here and being surrounded by wonderful neighbors is just another pleasant bonus. So kudos, Sparrow… you have a winning property here in San Antonio and hopefully I can make it my home for many, many years to come!

I am very pleased with the promptness of completing my requests in such a timely manner. Eric & Miquel are the best! B

Would like an option to dispose of large items in the trash myself.. like vacuum, mops, rugs, etc..Also maybe a few more events in the evening or weekends since some still work during the day.

I wish there could be some type of computer assistance for the residents. Technology changes so quickly, and a lot of us older folks feel in the dark about how to keep up with our computers, phones, and so forth.It would be nice if we could get some company like Best Buy to offer a give back to “seniors” day. They could give one day a month to address any problems the residents may have. Perhaps a sign up sheet could be provided as to who needs help and what the needs are.Thank you.

When I was introduced to the 55+ community I was not aware that it is more like a 70+ community. It has a feel of an independent nursing home. Many of the residents have little consideration for others. I have to sleep with earplugs because of my neighbor above me.
