As a community, we have it very well organized. Majority of the activities are run by the residence themselves. The management is great and when problems arise seem to handle it as good as possible. Having meetings with them and corporate would help so we would have a voice in our beautiful 55 and over community!!

The new app was so easy to maneuver through and the response time was really great. Miguel was there before lunch probably within two hours of when I put in the request. You can’t beat that he took care of the problem for me all of the repair service men seem to be quite nice and knowledgeable. Good group of guys.

In a community of seniors I believe safety should be number one. That being said there are no cameras in high traffic areas of the complex ( elevators, breezeways). They would only add to a layer of safety but also make accountable those would are irresponsible for their pets care( waste in and around elevators). As far as planned events that help touts active lifestyle community, if it were not for the residents voluntarily planning and providing there would be little that Solea/sparrow could say they provide. If it weren’t for the kind spirit of those who live here I can only say there are many many options for seniors to reside. I truly hope this provides Solea management with some insight on just a few concerns of the many. The turnover rate speaks of the satisfaction of the community. Thanks for your interest.

Landscaping crew is way too aggressive.Destroying the beautiful Pride of Barbados bushes very unnecessary.
