David rapidly came and changed my AC filter. Solea can be so pleased they have him as an employee who truly cares about the residence.

David is a wonderful addition to our staff and went the extra mile, checking my AC drainage and doing extra maintenance above and beyond just replacing the filter.. So happy to have him.

Replaced the AC filter, but he left things that he took off, or handed to me from the metal cover. He did not put things back like he found them, and he did not say anything about replacing the items to their places.

There is nothing perfect at any senior facility...I can and do make suggestions that don't happen. SOLEA Cinco Ranch is better than the rest. We're staying. We've got great neighbors, managers and social events. We love our apartment...the floor plan is comfortable.

I loved living at this location. I did think it was overly priced for residents that don’t participate with the social activities. It would have been nice if there were different tiers for the rent for active participation to no participation rates.
