I've been here since Solea was built - a little over 7 years - it's been my home - but I can tell you, right now, I am very fearful of how much my rent will be going up. I really cannot afford - nor do I want to pay more rent. I understand, there are reasonable fees - however, I see our rates skyrocketing.I don't wan to move, I really don't, but I have a very limited income now.

I wish the current policy of the front doors not being accessable in non business hours. This is real a painI see no practical reason. I make the front door work with the remote control as gate. This is exactly the same level of access. I have spoken with several people as a reason they left.

I have enjoyed my stay at Solea. Staff: Cody, Kathy, Anna, Mr. Rock have been excellent. My disappointment is in the lawn maintance. The lawn maintancecompany has workers with a communication deficit. My grass gets cut too short and actually gets cut showing dirt. And of the 4 Azalea shrubs in front of my fence, only two could get water from the sprinkler system, so two died. 2. The end of the hallway by my apt catches a lot of debris. I wished the lawn worker couldblow out end of the hall when he blows the sidewalks I usually have tosweep my hallway area. I have lived here going on 7 years the base boards by the doors and showers don't seem to be of good quality . Paint becomes brown stained essily. Lastly, the glue is coming up from the floor. I realize what is needed to happen in order to solve this issue. However, I have a 96 yr. Old mother I have to help be a care giver to and can't afford to devote the time , manpower, expense and extreme inconvenience to tackle this issue. No time is a good time right now. I do enjoy the apartment complex because it is on a small scale and what is offered here and the attentive, friendly staff. Thank you.I prefer this not be published please.

Need new carpet but can’t afford to move and put back furniture. Carpet is old and loose. I’ve tripped on it.
