Maintenance should communicate more with residents.

It is too early to make a good assessment of the complete community. What I can say is that I really enjoy the morning coffee with the residents and the service attitude of the staff.

My only thing is that I specifically noted in my request which light needed a new bulb and the worker did not bring a light bulb with him. It would have saved him time and steps if he brought the bulb with him. Otherwise as always everything was great.

Byron did the work to complete our request. His attention to detail is appreciated.

Due to my body (pain) keeps me from lots of your activities. I do find everyone very friendly.

I’m not used to such high humidity so wonder about the moisture in the hallway floors when it’s rained or is excessively damp. Could sand be added to the floor paint for better traction?

Byron Z. Is an outstanding excellent worker.! Always greets me very friendly! I asked for the filter in my air conditioner to be replaced & he realized I needed a new battery in my thermostat. He went down to his workshop to get me a battery since I didn't have batteries.. One of the reasons I live at Solea is because of maintenance done very prompt and on a regular basis. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff work at Solea Cinco Ranch!

Byron is the best!! Hes always professional and kind. Knowledgeable too. Does a great job . Courteous and helpful. We are lucky to have him.
