Although my desire to be closer to family, I would not have released. This community is excellent for residents that are Caucasian. The majority of minorities never came to activities due to a feeling of racism. I experienced acceptance as well as a lot of racial comments. However, I did attend many activities at the beginning of, but started to feel a sense of uncomfort. And once leaving… I am being talked about in a negative way by one of your residents on your inside Facebook. If this continues I will seek assistance legally. Childish behavior and needs to be stopped and NOW. I also want to add that during my stay there I had constant headaches and I assumed it was stroke related, or stress. Well, there is still stress, but the headaches are gone. Now I’m concerned and feeling that the amount of radiation from cell towers all along that area might be connected. To be continued….. Investigation will begin. I’m in collections, but maybe it’s good I left when I did. We shall see

Been here since day one, the clubhouse was beautiful. Now it is mismatched furniture and the decor is not very attractive anymore. Not great to walk into or bring quests into like before. Still enjoy living here

I moved into the Solea Community in September 2019. We have loved it ever since. The other residents make us feel like family and the functions provided by Solea keep us coming to the Clubhouse. Cody & Kathy always have time for the residents and listen to their suggestions and complaints. Some can be implemented, some can't, that's the nature of the business. Roc and Byron are excellent at solving our maintenance problems with speed and accuracy. Ana keeps the place looking new and greets everyone with a friendly smile and kind word. It just keeps getting better and better each year.

When new residents attend an activity, have the people introduce themselves. Residents should make more of an effort to introduce themselves to new residents.
