The blind in my bedroom was broken by the window installers. Byron came the next day and replaced it with a different blind. He put it up in no time and removed the broken one. I was very happy with the quick response to my request.

Seven years I had to deal with rain coming thru balcony door. Bought large plexiglass glass to lean on door when it rained plus towels at bottom of door. Not fun! Several residents have same problem.
