Seven years I had to deal with rain coming thru balcony door. Bought large plexiglass glass to lean on door when it rained plus towels at bottom of door. Not fun! Several residents have same problem.

Byron was quick to respond and took care of the issue. He followed up to make sure the repairs he made were working correctly.

I am visiting Alaska will not be back until September 9. However, I wanted to put in this report because each time they come to do service on my apartment. They do an excellent job. I'm not sure if they did it on my air filter or cleaning my carpet. However, I appreciate you sending me this in Alaska for I can tell you how great our maintenance team is at Soleay Cinco Ranch in Katy Texas. I absolutely think they are the best all the way down from management to maintenance. Thank you for having them be our maintenance team and our support system

I’d like to have more water aerobics classes. If my rent/utilities go up much I will probably have to move to a less expensive community.I don’t use many of the amenities so that isn’t an issue for me. Access to the pool is the most important to me as well as having a strong community of faith with prayer and Bible study.
