The amenities have slowly diminished. We used to have a lot more activities and food was more abundant. Alcoholic beverages were also provided on WED socials. Buffets provided by chefs, pizza oven caterers, and large themed parties provided by Solea. What is special about Solea-Copperfield is the sense of Community … the friendships, fun & deep caring for each other.

This apartment complex is small but, there are issues with the upkeep of the halls. If I was looking for an apartment I would not sign a lease here. The stair wells need to be cleaned. There are lights in stairwells the need to be replaced and much more could be done. If management does a walk around they need a pad and pen to write down what needs to be done on the property.i love living here and have many friends that I love and cherish. Hello. My answers for this survey are solely based on the time that Renee and Morgan became our Solea Copperfield community managers.The office management staff now, Renee and Morgan, have been turning this place around in a good way since they started. Now, it feels like me and the other residents are truly cared for, not invisible or a nuisance. Before they started I was highly considering moving to another 55+ community for many valid reasons, including the fact that my rent is quite higher than those with the same apt model and view.

Until now I have been Putin things in place and decorating my place. It has been a lot to take care and finaly I can fell that the place luke like it is my home. So now I will have time to get to go to the meetings and enjoy the activits the place offers. Ask me about later. Overal I am happy to be here. Nilza R. Luna

I will be renewing my 9 th year lease. I have been upset since Solea 5 yr anniversary sad the resident that opened Solea did not get a card etc but if we did not rent the apt all the staff and owners could not get wined and dined with out our rent cks each year I rent keeps going up but our Social Security do not I think there should be a lesser amt increase for the senior citizens resident hopefully Solea will consider this survey

Overall appearance of facility is good, but can be improved. Walls and baseboards around elevators are painted beige and look scuffed and dirty. Hallways have wainscoating and are painted taupe. It would improve the other walls if they also had a wainscoating painted taupe.Hallways need to be checked and mopped for rainwater if we have bad storms since we have openings at various junctures.It would be nice to have another activity class added such as line dancing, tai chi, etc.Flower pots around the pool are not watered properly and look droopy if no rain.My rent has increased 18% in 3 years time since I moved here. I am paying $400 more per month. I have a 2BR plus study and a garage. I might have to downsize to a smaller apartment if my rent increases as it did with my last renewal. I am retired.I like the brunches we have and themed nights with music. The catered dinner at Christmas and Valentine's were very good. Also enjoy craft projects and painting with Dina.
