Overall living here is good. I have met some wonderful people and feel like family. The complaint or criticism I have is with recent renovations that were done in the clubhouse. It is really nice & pretty in its way, but it is not what we like, I'm speaking for others I have talked with. It is not homey. It is for the younger generation. We did not have a say in what we would have liked. I believe the money spent on renovating could have been to clean out the fishponds, which are horrible. Or helped residents with a month free rent. That's how I feel. I think if you ask others you will hear the same thing. I plan on renewing my contract for now, but if the rent continues to increase I may have to move.

Robert has always done a great job with timely requests. Mgmt took care of the issue quickly

The staff is WONDERFUL. Renee and her team, and the maintenance team, Robert and Jose are so professional and and more than willing to help in whatever way possible. We love our new home.

Catrina and Morgan were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The tour and application process was great!

The staff is excellent. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns l have had they have responded as if they really want my experience to be all that it can be and they seem to genuinely care.

Before a new resident moves in the apartment should be checked to make sure all appliances are working correctly. Any instructions for trash, gate access and any rules and regs should be given to the new resident.I feel like I'm living at a resort!!

Everything is great so far. I've only been here one month, love it so far.
