I can now open my windows in time for cool weather!

The pool was a big selling feature and had been closed since I moved in. The fountain is not working and between both things not working is disappointing and gives overall feel of not well maintained. I would like to stay for years but amenities matter.

Would like a note from maintenance left on kitchen counter when completed.

Overall, I am pleased to be living here in this community. I enjoy participating in a lot of the activities that is provided and all of the events that are planned. Staff members are very nice and professional. The only things that need to be addressed is the front fountain and one of the fish ponds need to be repaired and cleaned.

I've residing at Solea since opening in 2017. I've seen many changes and improvements. Solea provides many activities and events so that residents many interact with each other. Events and activities are well planned and organized. We recently acquired new management staff and they are excellent. Very considerate of residents needs.

The staff are friendly and helpful nice staff

Dog feces was in the hall for several days. We reported it and about 3 days later the solids were picked up but the liquids were never cleaned up. After a week we mopped and disinfected the area ourselves. This is a continuing problem in the complex and it happens quite often.

The staff and the residents are over the top. I am very happy here

If all the bulbs were changed on the first request it would have been more efficient
