I have been here over 7 years in my first apartment. I loved it so much when I downsized after my husband’s death I stayed here. Staff is the best I have ever seen. From the office staff to the maintenance staff they are unparalleled!

Building 3 elevator been out for a few days, sorta inconvenient. I do like this place is like a maze..there's always another way to get to your apartment.

By fixing the gate so my son can get in by using # and the last 4 of my phone number and by the rule of smoking outside of the apartment and not being able to access the portal you said you would look into

While I'm enjoying seeing the upgrades to the reception area and the front offices, Im also please to say my maintenance needs in my apartment have been addressed painting etc. In addition, the shutters are absolutely, gorgeous at the end of the breezeways to keep out the rain ☔

Overall living here is good. I have met some wonderful people and feel like family. The complaint or criticism I have is with recent renovations that were done in the clubhouse. It is really nice & pretty in its way, but it is not what we like, I'm speaking for others I have talked with. It is not homey. It is for the younger generation. We did not have a say in what we would have liked. I believe the money spent on renovating could have been to clean out the fishponds, which are horrible. Or helped residents with a month free rent. That's how I feel. I think if you ask others you will hear the same thing. I plan on renewing my contract for now, but if the rent continues to increase I may have to move.

Robert has always done a great job with timely requests. Mgmt took care of the issue quickly
