1) The 2 new managers seem inefficient. They have continued to blame the previous mangers for cancellations and problems starting day one. Social (taco party) and planned community bus trips were cancelled by food vendors and Harris County when reservations and orders were not confirmed. The blame was placed on previous managers citing that those email accounts were inaccessible and information had been sent to those email accounts.It would seem that a new a manager would check the set calendar to confirm food orders and transportation as soon as they began their tenure. Instead multiple events did not go as planned. The response of the new manager was to blame the former manager and buy pizza for everyone2) Upon move out, we requested a walk through of the apartment (a month in advance) and confirmed 5 days prior. No one came or called at the appointed time, no explanation when asked.Good luck to Solea with these two running the show.Many residents seem placated by extra food provided to smooth things over but disorganization will have dire consequences in the future in my opinion.

Property cleanup: I would like to see the stairwells cleaned in section 5. Staff: Additional detailed communication would be helpful involving changes of event details and repair update notifications (EX: elevators). I appreciate the maintenance men repairing my apartment timely.

The number of communty activities scheduled in January is way below what we are used to. More activities would be a great addition. Also, the cleanliness of the hallways has largely deteriorated lately. There should be much more attention paid to this in the future.

Good activities to enjoy with friends. The staff is friendly and accessible. The holiday activities/parties were great.The “poop” stations are not maintained as often as needed because they are overflowing and stinky.

Maintenance staff are always very pleasant. I gave fair on timeliness due to worker came on next business am (request went in Sunday so they showed up Monday, which is very appropriate). However, issue was looked at and was said be back later and no one showed up. They did show up the next day and took off a panel and hit a reset. The reason for fair is that reset could’ve been done on the very first trip. This was not a major issue so I do not consider this to be a major deal. When they did come, of course they are always pleasant and professional.

I am probably the last tenant you should be asking about Solea. I do not and have not attended any of the activities. I am comfortable by myself and I still working which fills a lot of my time. You will see me probably 2 - 3 times a year (one of those is to sign the lease.The location is close to my family which is most important.My complaints are handled expeditiously. The Maintenance Staff is working on a leaking shower.

Maintenance is poor. Dirty hallways, apartment maintenance is not the best. Our maintenance needs to get better. I have had a leaky shower, and mold in my bathroom for 5 years. Things are not getting fixed properly. Such as mold-the cause is not addressed. It is painted over! I have put in many requests to have things fixed, but it is never fixed properly!
