Having moved in the day Solea Copperfield opened in February 2017, almost 10 years ago, I think people should listen when I say, “Move to Solea Copperfield! You will never regret it. You will love your home and the people who will become your neighbors, your friends, and your family!”

THE DOG POOP IS STILL ON HALL FLOOR. Some was removed earlier, but this has been there since Sat. ANTS were crawling on it for 2 days!!!

Dryer broke on a Friday late afternoon by Monday was repaired Staff please was friendly and knowledgeable

I trust Robert and Jose implicitly. They are effective and timely

Overall, very satisfied with the results. Maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours of being submitted.

We really enjoyed living at Solea Copperfield. It was all we imagined and more.

The amenities have slowly diminished. We used to have a lot more activities and food was more abundant. Alcoholic beverages were also provided on WED socials. Buffets provided by chefs, pizza oven caterers, and large themed parties provided by Solea. What is special about Solea-Copperfield is the sense of Community … the friendships, fun & deep caring for each other.

This apartment complex is small but, there are issues with the upkeep of the halls. If I was looking for an apartment I would not sign a lease here. The stair wells need to be cleaned. There are lights in stairwells the need to be replaced and much more could be done. If management does a walk around they need a pad and pen to write down what needs to be done on the property.i love living here and have many friends that I love and cherish.
