Overall, Solea Copperfield is a beautiful and friendly community. The place is fairly kept. The elevators need to be cleaned and refreshed weekly. It is one of the first, if not the first sight that someone sees or uses : residents, guests and prospects.The Office gives a feeling of openness and welcoming. But When both doors are closed without an indication of why and when to return, it leaves a feeling of closed and “do not disturb “. Perhaps a sign of “out to lunch, be back .. OR “Conference Call” , “Staff Meeting “ give us. A sense of time when we can come back to see the Manager or the Assistant. One office door should be open atall times.A once a month or every other month Community meeting would be good to keep us all posted, informed and not hear rumors.Perhaps you already do, but a card or a text or a phone call to see how it is going for a resident who is going through a hard time; especially a health diagnosis. Just to reach out to say “hello”!We have been here 6 years , going on 7 and we love it here at Solea Copperfield! We would welcome a sit down visit sometime.Thank you for all that you do. There has been a water pooling problem in our hallway when heavy rains are accompanied by heavy gusty winds. We have suffered through water mitigation once since renting but the pooling of water has NOT been resolved./// Solea social dinners and meetings are often held on Wed and Thus afternoons and evenings which conflicts with our church activity nights.

It's money, money, money. Apts are too expensive for what you get. Staff is unfriendly.

I think there was a severe lack of communication and training from the management that left to the Management that took over which happened right during my lease finishing up on one unit and a brand new lease on another unit. New unit had electrical issues which were resolved promptly. Getting the deposit returned was a fiasco. Because of what I stated earlier and tickets were open, and it took an extremely long time for the ticket to get resolved. I think I just got text messaging as the text notifications were going to my ex-wife who was never on this lease and she would have to send them to me and had to ask several times to fix it. I’m assuming by getting the survey it’s fixed as this is the first text I’ve ever received from SoleaI’m on my third lease overall I really enjoy the property and my time here and would rip our others if I knew others that were looking

Cleaner halls & stairs. Personnel here on wknds, trees trimmed, info on doors of management.
