The elevator on the 3rd floor bldg 3 needs serious repair and constant checks until repaired properly. It is constantly under repair..check repair records and you will see how often it is out of service. And yeah, a sign stating it is out of service would be nice. It is not an inconvenience it is a serious problem.

Maintenance Staff are extraordinary.

My favorite reason for living here- are the Exercise Classes -lead by a Professional.I regularly attend and Benefit from the Chair Yoga and Core and Balance Classes.The Pool and surrounding area is serene and delightful.The Bus trips are definitely a Plus.The Area “Up Keep”and Maintenance is well done-- most of the time.I do feel that one Staff Member should be available -part time -on weekends.I usually do not participate in the 4:00 Social Events- because they are too Early andOnly last One Hour. Staff participation is rushed and minimal!I also do not think that Solea’ Copperfield receives the same Quality of Food,Beverages, Services, etc. that is provided at Solea’ Cinco Ranch !.I do feel safe living here.
