Security needs to be consistent. Gates function intermittently.Doors to buildings, same. The only way guests can visit, I need to go downstairs and let them in. Packages are left outside building when main office is locked

Pros:The staff tries hard to solve our problems, and is never too busy to listen when we approach. Sometimes things are out of their control, such as wifi, fire alarms, etc., but they do their best to help. Many festive activities are held, and this is way more than we expected, especially with the plentiful food and drinks.Cons:The rugs on the upper floors are never vacuumed completely.Sometimes the elevator floors and surrounding area gets pretty dirty. (Maybe one more housekeeper? There are still very unsightly stickers on the upper floor windows, which look horrible.. This would take someone with a cherry picker, some Goo Gone, and a scraper. I have never seen a building with these left on.With the large kitchen island, and the Solea brochures, we thought there would be more cooking demonstrations. I understand, though, that we do not have the proper equipment for this, but it was advertised, and we were looking forward to it.We still love it here, though!

The telephone number for emergency maintenance was not working.

My biggest problem is that delivery services are terrible here. Door dash can’t find us. I get all groceries and supplies from Amazon. Amazon is not too bad but Walmart is so frustrating. They have the hardest time finding us. I had food order that was left somewhere on the premises because they couldn’t find me. Door dash would refund me because they don’t refund the entire amount. My old residence was not easy to find but this is truly absurd.

Solea was advertised as luxury. It is nice but not luxury. The showers are horrible. The appliances are cheap. The balconies should be screened in because of the insects. The courtyard is unusable because of flooding and poor planning. The clubhouse is too small. The " active adult " part of the advertising got lost somehow. It's like an assisted living facility. Too many people need more help. The community manager is awful. She has no clue how to interact with older people. She doesn't walk the property and has no idea what is happening or going on outside her office.

The request was for a maintenance issue in the courtyard & at the pool if the community manager was making routine inspections then the residents would not have to report the maintenance request ever since rent cafe went through an update it is harder to log in and make requests

1st floor hallway door still “slams shut”. Maintenance personnel did properly adjust door mechanism to eliminate the “slam” as the door closes. Check 2nd floor hallway door, as an example.

turnover of maintenance, poor access into the apartments for guest, if your on any floor you have to go out of your apartment to let them in. Can't get a gate pass for my daughter to get to me quick when i am sick. the kiosk at the front and back gates that dont work need to be removed so deliveries can be made from the front gate. need codes by all doors so we can admit guest.
