Very satisfied from submiting to complete

I had a very good experience at Solea and met wonderful neighbors. Unfortunately, there are areas of the community that are starting to become unkept and not replaced. Example would be landscaping around the pool, umbrellas, broken, not replaced, Furniture cushions, becoming dry, rotted, and landscape in general is spotty and or dying.. It’s beginning to look rundown. Carport lights are out more than they’re on, beautiful lighting in the party area never turned on in the last two years. I’ve been told it’s because they can’t find the switch gates and doors are not consistently locked which causes a safety issue. More attention needs to be made in order to maintain the quality and integrity of the community if you want to keep it full.

Great Customer Service

A new resident orientation would be beneficial. The Welcome packet needs updating.Two dog waste stations are located in the back of the facility within a few feet of each other. Waste stations should also be located on the front/sides of the facility. The dog park is located on the West side of the facility and has no shade for pets or people. The dog park grass is sparse and has a lot of bare spots/dirt. The chairs provided for seating in the dog park are upholstered, frequently wet from rain, and torn.The Internet has slow access speeds. TV interface is not user friendly (TIVO/Google) or easy to navigate. Customer service was poor.There is no secure walking gait at the back of the building.The mail room does not have a secure locker/space for delivery personal to leave packages. Mail and packages are frequently left on the floor and exposed to wind/rain or theft.Delivery personnel and visitors must wait until the office is open (9AM) to obtain a building access fob. Security cameras and a remote entry system would be beneficial.

Need more dog waste cans located around the buildings. If you walk your dog away from the dog park then you have to walk back to the dog park to throw the bag in that can.

Need a follow-up visit on shower door. Still leaking through gap on lower side edge of the door. Door is not square with frame there. Also LR ceiling light is again not responding to the wall switch.

I don’t know whether anything was done. I was not here. There are ants coming into my apartment via the kitchen window caulking cracks & holes.
