My AC unit had a leak and Eric addressed the issue.

Since rent cafe has changed their website it is not as easy to submit a maintenance request

I thought I was moving into a brand new apartment where no one had lived before. However, I find things that look to be used (not brand new) within the apartment that make me wonder. I like it here and my friend from Illinois who is down for the winter at their condo loves it and thinks I will be happy here. I'm not so sure that I will be able to afford the rent long term. I am keeping my options open for when my year is up. I'm hoping that I end up loving it here and that I can afford to stay if so.

Eric was very efficient knowledgeable patient and solved the problem quicker than expected. He took The faucet apart and found the problem was with the construction/manufacturing of the plumbing device. He was courteous explained everything and I'm very satisfied with his assessment.
