Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.The landscaping needs to be taken care of.Many trees and bushes are deadBlack mold is around the sitting areas. Pool furniture is in need of replacement. The sounds of someone living above you is very disturbing. My apartment is set up for ADA but it has a bath tube which is very hard to getting in and out of. I had to personally have grab bars installed at my expense. I feel to get new people to move here, it's very important that the property presents well. Please don't misunderstand my comments. I am happy to be living here i just care about my new community.

I expected greater participation of activities from the residents. I expect if a professional attendant were to lead them you would have more enthusiasm in participating.

I love everything about Solea.. my apartment, the wonderful people who live here, the excellent staff, and the enormous amount of fun activities! I plan to stay!!

Germany was very pleasant and installed the filter in a timely manner.

Needed toilet fixed sooner.

I understood the fact that they had so many work orders to take care of.But certain things like my smoke detector needed a new battery. That’s not something that should wait a few days.

We are very happy at Solea. Everyone is warm and genuine. The property, amenities, and our home are beautiful. The staff has been extremely helpful and responsive. We know we will enjoy living here as our life continues.

Disappointed in construction quality. Frustrated with delivery problems with locked doors. Love apartment design and pool and community people. Would like a community van for field trips and a more visible resident bulletin board for communication.

The biggest issue is have, and others agree. The doors to the community center are too heavy.
