Eric, is an excellent maintenance gentleman! Came promptly and solved our a/c problem. Very personal, courteous, and helpful. Lucky to have an experienced person.

Grass (mud) around ground floor apartments (interior and exterior) do not reflect the appearance of the SOLEA complex.Automatic gates and exterior doors are frequently not working . The fact that new residents were being offered lower monthly rent prices which were not offered to current residents on lease renewals was off putting.Marina, Jessica, Natalia , Kim, Eric Brandy and Josh are the best staff that SOLEA had during our 15 month lease. They’re professional, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. We didn’t feel they were recognized by Corporate for all their efforts to keep the complex running smoothly obviously due to financial restraints.

This is a tale of Two Solea's.When I first moved in August 15,2024. Solea was a mess.In the six months till approximately December,2024, I was not sure I was going to stay.It Was Not Until March 2025 that the pool (one of best amenities was made available.Maintenance was on an emergency basis. Staff rotated monthly. Gates did not work. Lighting and railings were not provided on walk waysSolea Part TwoSince 2026 Everything has improved.So how do I feel about renewal of lease?In its present condition, I would Renew lease,however,due to the current and perhaps future economy, this will kind of depend on any $$$ increase.I am retired and have a budget. If it can be arranged and you are in my budget, yes, I will renew.

It disturbs me that this building is not secure. Stairway doors not shut. Entrance to property is not locked. Entrance to building is not secure

Josh was delayed by about 10-15 minutes while I waited at the garage, then had to go back for the key, so the appointment was overly long but successful.
