We changed storage rooms to one on the same floor as our apt. The door handle was broken. Eric replaced it the same day and made us two keys. Jessica was very helpful in making the move possible. Jessica and Eric have been responsive, efficient, and helpful.

For a 55 and over apartment, a few things could be improved; such as grab bars in showers as it’s a is a common place for falls to occur; more towel bars and better toilet paper holders; kitchen cupboards seem to be hung for tall people and the half shelves are ridiculous; pull out shelves on a few of the bottom shelves would make accessing easier for people with mobility issues; a couple more outlets in the hall entry would be helpful; option of a half bath rather than a full tub bath which we will never use. The small refrigerator/freezer is frustrating if you cook a lot.As for the exercise area; the equipment or at least some of it needs to face the television in the room. Activities seem okay for those who like happy hours and bingo. Would like to see water exercise classes especially geared for older residents.Parking spots and garages are a little too narrow for larger cars or those with turning radius problems.Jessica and Kim have been very helpful. Residents overall have been quite friendly. Eric and Brian have responded in timely manner when requested. Library is very nice and appreciated. Good storage in closets.

Because I have mobility challenges i cannot do as much as I could before the stroke. I can live independently, just sometimes need a helping hand.

I am disappointed that I was shown a handicap apt without being told it was. I never would have rented it, would have chosen the fourth floor apartment. I will schedule appointment with Marina to decide on another option.Barbara

Morena, Jessica, Kim, Natalia and Eric work hard to solve problems that arise. They are kind and knowledgeable and efficient. We know many of their decisions are based on Corporate allowances and guidelines. We have noticed that your guidelines of what constitutes an emergency is not necessarily what seniors consider an emergency. We understand that a continuous "chirping" smoke detector (that just requires a battery change isn't life threatening ), but is urgent due to noise. This complex is having problems also with speakers playing music loud and all night long. Corporate needs to notify residents on a timely basis when important changes (i.e.) Rent Cafe issues arise. The many issues that our apartment has, have been addressed and what is fixable has been fixed. However, the rent fee does not reflect the advertised "luxury" apartment due to the things that are not repairable.

I have mobility issues. I am finding it more difficult to get around than I thought when I toured the complex. This is preventing me from participating as much as I'd like because I am afraid the door will close on the glass, breaking it. I do have a few ideas that might make it easier to navigate.
