Someone scraped or swept most of the sand/mud on Tue. They did a great job power washing the carports and sidewalk on Wed. Thu we had heavy rain in the morning and *****the sand/mud is back in the same two areas.*****

The Wellen Park staff is always helpful and responsive. We are very happy with them! The neutral & fair ratings are directly related to original constructions issues. Sparrow Construction really dropped the ball, especially buildings 5 & 6. The Wellen Park staff work hard to try and correct these issues that should have been completed by the original construction vendor. I reported a severe gutter/water pooling issue, corner of bldg 5&6 March 2025. I sent and have videos to show the problem. A gutter co on site Nov 18, 2025 to resolve.. *****They added downspouts to the OTHER bldgs and somehow missed the original problem I reported.***** This issue needs to be corrected before a huricane/very heavy rain event or Solea may have flooding in the first floor corner and the AC fans may be under water. Kyle Plummer was on the last email thread April 2026. Also related to construction is mud/mulch/shells on the sidewalk at the handicap ramp!!!! and the sidewalk at the AC fans near the side door to bldg 6. For some reason Sparrow Construction placed the AC drains in these areas that outlet to sand and mud. An easy, cheap fix would be to install a small piece of artificial turf in place of the dirt/shells/sand in these two spots. Sparrow Living would not have to spend $$$ on these original issues had the contruction been managed better OR caught by whoever should have inspected & signed off as complete. As I mentioned, the entire onsite staff (Marina, Jessica, Natalia, Kim, Josh, & Eric) are very responsive and really try to work around these issues. Other than the construction issues that remain Solea Wellen Park is a great place to live.

First time I met Mason and he was very friendly and took care of whatever needed to be done.

Since there are many dog owners, and we like to get together at the dog park, we would appreciate a shady spot to get out of the hot sun for both our dogs and for us! My dog appreciates the dog water fountain!

The Staff is wonderful. Enjoyed seeing the community , model & apt. The community manager, Kim, is wonderful, knowledgeable, patient & a lovely person. She showed me the apt numerous times & helped me to understand which would work for me. The community was lovely & enjoyed seeing all the amenities…The residents were friendly & very kind to me when I visited there.The entire staff at Solea was very helpful and very pleasant each time I asked to visit & see a model or apt.Thank you.

Eric is worth his weight in gold. He is very conscientious, knowledgeable, hard working and extremely pleasant personable and professional.

Josh was here to check the water, as I am getting no gallons reported some months. Good in May, no usage in June.

We are extremely disappointed about the safety measures at Solea (I.e., not all doors being locked) and the fact that when a visitor arrives at the building, there is no way to let them in without going downstairs and physically opening the door.
