Troy was very responsive but I don't understand why the maintenance request was closed. I believe Troy is attempting to determine where the issue is and then determine an appropriate fix. I believe maintenance requests should remain open until they are resolved not when work starts on them.

My experiences here are limited by my dog, which is expected. I think the staff is phenomenal.

I wish the bedroom windows would open. I do not understand why they don't!
