I am enjoying this community. I am hoping we get more residents and activities Maintenance is a significant concern, especially the outside doors that do not latch or lock.

Kim Jones, Solae’s realtor is fabulous. All questions were answered, spent time showing me all apt options and amenities. She made I felt secure either way all my decisions. I would recommend Kim to any of my friends looking for 55+ apartments

This was a manufactured part that failed and the part had to be ordered which was out of Soleas control I was graciously allowed to use a washer in an empty apartment until the part arrived

I really appreciate Jessica making arrangements to let us use another washer while we were waiting for our part to arrive. I also very much liked the fact that a new part was ordered and a technician from Flamingo Appliance Repair replaced it

I thought that no air conditioning in the hallway would be a hard problem to solve, but it was taken care of. We have no thermostat in our hallway, so I don’t know how they did it.

He actually remounted the fan. Thank goodness . And then replaced an incorrect lightbulbIt was for a dimmer switch and we don’t have one. Thank you Brian

All staff employees are excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. They all make you feel you're wanted. Will do everything to help you. But, unfortunately, the Break the lease program did not work for us!Example. I have a lease ending 12/31, and my manager is making every effort to help. I have rented since 9/09/22, rent paid on time, no noise complaints. I have been dealing with noise from the apartment below, has notified the manager each time, but nothing has been done!
