Logging onto the website was confusing. Said I wasn't registered with my phone number when I used the link from the welcoming email. Going through Google worked. Seems a redirect, or cache, or something

No bedroom closets , no medicine cabinets,Arir conditioning condenser and compressor outside my bedroom windows/ very noisy. A lot of problems with appliances

Kim Jones was a wonderful representative. Her knowledge of the Solea amenities; friendliness; active listening skills, and engaging personality, made for a very pleasant and pressure free tour. She was a large factor in my decision to rent at Solea.

I have never been disappointed with maintenance completed by Eric. As busy as he is, he is always promptly fixes any problem. Eric always has a smile, never makes you feel that your taking up his time and not leave until he is sure all is as it should be

Eric replaced the ceiling fan in the master bedroom due to the other one making such a loud noise. Now after running the new fan in the bedroom for the past several nights this one too is making a rattling noise. This is because of the cheap products purchased from headquarters low quality appliances as well.

Just took time to get the screen retention clips. I believe previous maintenance staff should have checked apartment more carefully prior to us moving in.

Rent is grossly high. Every time my family came for a cook out, the grills would not light. No instructions, asked people etc. This was embarrassing and frustrating for the amount rent was!!Classes offered are mediocre at best.
