The dr listen to me the staff was great

I was given new scripts without directions. I mean am I suppose to take 2 blood pressure meds? Also asked for antibiotic powder and nitroglycerin refills. And nothing. Dr was not very fryat all. Not even a smile

Personally, I don't like going to the doctor, but I believe prevention is necessary. And arriving at the clinic and finding a doctor who focuses on the patient and their symptoms, that gives you confidence. Thank you, Franklin Clinic and its staff.

I arrived on time, was seen quickly. My concerns were addressed and then I was on my way. Great experience!

Drs knowledge of my medical history and prescriptions refills I needed after he took over previous Nurse practitioner care.NOTE for am attempt of a walk in medical visit on 12-26 at 9:30am: I was told by the receptionist there wasn't any more openings until the afternoon at 1:30 pm I asked her to make me the appointment and she refused sternly interjecting "is a first show first serve" well if I'm already there showing up and I clearly need to be seen by the Dr don't you think is stupid not to make an appointment when I'm clearly there showing up before 1:30 pm to request a most needed medical visit.
