I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment for A1C check. I saw Dr. Spriggs (He is always excellent). He told me he was sorry but the lab wasn’t open until 8:00. I waited around until 8:00 and ask the receptionist. She said they would come get me. I waited until 8:45 before they were finally ready for me. This is unacceptable. If this continues I will have to find another provider. Also, why was the appointment scheduled for A1C if the lab didn’t open till 8????

There are very kind but because is only one doctor they take forever to come to see you
