Good service

I’ve lived at this address where I’ve been renting for Minto for the last 19 years. First of all Samantha needs to be removed from here. She lies and she continues to lie. She continues to take appointments. She continues to tell us that she’s going to return our calls. She does nothing of the sort. I was being double charged by two billing companies when we switched over due to Minto request from one company to another a while back, and she kept telling me how atrocious that was and how horrible that was I had to continuously harass her because midway she stopped taking my calls. I dealt with this for months on an end where she avoided me. She’s an awful person she needs to be removed The majority of the workers that come in here to do any type of work or to repair anything unfortunately has been so below any standard that it’s embarrassing to say the least. DAN has been the only one who has ever done anything to help out me and many others because a lot of us talk in this neighborhood. I cannot kill the amount of times I have been told things that were example. This can’t be repaired you need to get a new one and then the next person says what was that person talking about this is perfectly fine or somebody that says wow I can’t believe your smoke detector is no longer good it expired only to have people come back the next day to say what are these workers talking about? Your battery is good for another 10 years. I had somebody tell me that my stove needed to be replaced because it was broke which it hadn’t worked for a few days only for another person to come in and tell me there was something wrong with the panel downstairs. My stove was completely fine. Majority of the contractors that come here are either perverts or they speak in a different language while they’re making obscene comments that I have called many of them out on. Or they’re just disgusting gross people. Or their people that just don’t have knowledge. I had somebody tell me the reason why I smelled smoke in one of the bedrooms where something was burning was because I wasn’t flushing my toilet I mean, I just can’t understand the stupidity that I hear from these contractors. I would never recommend Minto to anybody never. It’s extremely sad and unfortunate. This whole neighbourhood has turned into an embarrassment of people cursing at you telling you off people trying to run you over people racing in the parking lots. Nothing is done to make us feel safe to make us feel at home. Nobody cares and that’s a fact.

Your people came back and replaced the newly installed downstairs carbon alarm on Friday May 15 and it keep doing the same all weekend.It Only stopped late Monday. Why was the proper one not installed from the beginning?

It would be nice if your lawn maintenance people would do a better job. Grass cutting is done quickly and sloppy. There are pine needles all around my car from the huge pine tree beside my house.

They were supposed to come in the afternoon but came at 11 am. Which was a pleasant surprise

Some of signs aren't on the wall example 2nd floor near the elevator, the laundry room usually smells rank (maybe add a auto scent dispenser ?) and the dryers never full dry the clothes. My clothes aren't thick besides the towels, I also try my best to time it when not alot of people are doing laundry and if I put on the hottest setting it burns my clothes so I'm stuck with medium and then I have to hang them in my apartment which feels unfair. I don't want to double dry my clothes if I'm paying to dry them the first time. Either make drying cheaper or please fix the issue!My boiler/shower scream every time I turn on the hot water side without opening the cold shower side. It makes concerning sounds but I tried getting someone to look at it. They did nothing. Me and my roomate asked for help with the tap in our kitchen someone looked at it, it was "fixed" for a few hours then it went back to dripping. It's been dripping since we moved in last year. We tried emailing for help multiple times so we don't care anymore since Minto doesn't care but it wastes so much water. :(

The sink piece was seized so technically the job is incomplete and there should be a rescheduling to replace the larger unit, if we haven't heard anything in a few months I guess we'll just try again?
