I enjoy my experience here at 239 Craig Henry Dr. . The apartment is kept clean. The services are excellent. It is an enjoyable time spent here.No complaints.

Appliances need replacing. Entrance from parking lot back door near spots 215 -220 needs attention, floor needs work. Always issues in laundry room. Fitness equipment is poor. A treadmill would be great. This all applies to 239 Craig Henry.

It's a nice building overall, good sized rooms.Acoustic insulation between units not so good. Finishes are a bit outdated. Unfortunately I had problems with roaches and mice in my apartment.

Fire Lane backing court 3 should be cleared of snow as this could be a factor in case of an emergency. Ph0ne call and e-mail to the Minto company has not resulted in removing the snow,

Contractors entered my home without prior notice while I was out of town and found that my home had no heat. Subsequent service was excellent especially given that I was away. But due to lack of notice of entry I can’t recommend Minto.
