You do an excellent job of responding to issues. The superintendant at South Centerpointe is an extremely kind, helpful, and hardworking man. He deserves a raise. You want to make sure you keep him.

I guess the building old and amenities are poor. I believe the rent to this overrated building should be max 2,000 dollars for 3bedroom because it has no garage. Minto property at barheaven is better.

I have been in my home for 16 years this august and am happy with the building and my apartment as well. Conveniently located for my needs both personal and professional. Nice neighbors for the most part. Generally very happy.

I moved in and the place wasn't ready. There's still gsrbage in the yard from the previous tenant. I'll be responsible for that when the snows melt. There were a nmbunch of little things missed too - top of shelves were filthy, stains on the walls that came off with gentle scrubbing, etc.To the team's credit, they dealt with it within a week of me flagging it to them, and they have been generally super responsive.

Very happen with the technician's service, was able to fix the issue quickly. My only qualm is that we weren't informed when we could expect them (I.e. day or time). It's not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

I enjoy my experience here at 239 Craig Henry Dr. . The apartment is kept clean. The services are excellent. It is an enjoyable time spent here.No complaints.

Appliances need replacing. Entrance from parking lot back door near spots 215 -220 needs attention, floor needs work. Always issues in laundry room. Fitness equipment is poor. A treadmill would be great. This all applies to 239 Craig Henry.
