Tenants on higher floors need to be mindful of banging, knocking and tapping on the floor as it is disruptive and interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the property for those in the unit below. As well as strong odors from cooking.

Parking has been the one source of headaches since moving in ten years ago. Minto can still make this right if they can get the ticket canceled or refund our parking for paying for a spot that they ticketed us for parking in.

I don’t feel that I’m getting good value for the rent I pay. The cost is too high considering the overall quality of my unit and the building. The hallway carpet is worn and dirty; periodic cleanings every few months don’t make a noticeable difference and seem like an inefficient use of resources. The laundry facilities are also poorly maintained, the machines often smell, contain dog hair, and the room itself tends to be dirty on weekends. Inside my unit, the kitchen cabinets and drawers, as well as those in the bathrooms, are outdated and in need of replacement or renovation. In addition, the property management employs coercive or legally questionable methods to ensure timely rent payments.

Its starting to get difficult to get anything fixed and when you do its a multiple week wait

HVAC Contractor was excellent, as ducts here had never been cleaned they had to really work at getting 40+ years of debris out but they did a great job.
